Building Rental
The training building area is a 30' by 50' training room which is large enough to work on heeling, bitework foundations and short sends, detection, rally, agility jump drills, and more!
The training room features artificial grass turf with padding underneath to protect the joints of our canine athletes, large mirrors for training are coming soon, metal agitation box, and full climate control (heat and cooling). Tunnel, meter jump, and some agility jumps are available to use.
There is an open outdoor field immediately outside the training room which can also be utilized. Full set of Schutzhund blinds are available for use.
When renting the space please be respectful of the property, building, equipment, and animals which reside there. Be sure to potty dogs outside before bringing into the artificial turf training area. Please clean any messes on the turf immediately with the provided cleaning supplies. Please shut off all lights when your session is over. Do not leave any dogs unattended in training building.
Once the time slot is booked for rental you will be given an individualized code for the door to gain access to the facility.

This option is available for 1-3 individuals for personal training. Custom pricing for 2 to 3 hour personal rental is available. The rate is discounted per additional hour for small groups.

Half day building rental (4 hour)
This option is available for club training days where multiple people and dogs will be using the facility. Please plan to book at least 4 days in advance.
Option to use attached climate controlled kennel room for additional fee. Please mention when booking if this room will be needed.

This option is available for club training days where multiple people and dogs will be using the facility or hosting seminars for a group. Please plan to book at least 7 days in advance.

60 minute access to pond, trails, and private field only
This option is for someone who may just want to take their dog swimming in the pond, walk the trails (access is weather permitting), or utilize field 2 or 3. Field 2 is right behind the pond with direct access to the pond. Field 2 has a view of the horse pasture and distant view of the training building and house. Field 3 is a couple minute walk past field 2 and is completely private with no view of the pond, other animals, or training building. Field 3 is surrounded by trees and has creek access.
